EXCHANGE & RETURN

At WOLVENMILANO, we promise you shoes that not only look good but also feel good.We handcraft your pair with love and care and want to ensure that you too enjoy wearing them.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the fit of your shoes and would like to return or exchange them, please write to us at order@wolvenmilano.in to initiate the exchange & return process. 

How long do I have to exchange or return a product?

Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

What are the return or exchange parameters?

  • Shoes in unworn and undamaged condition
  • Shoes should be returned in its original packaging
  • Customized orders will not be exchanged or returned
  • Sales items will not be eligible for exchange or return

As worn items are non-returnable, we recommend trying the shoes on a carpeted area, as this will preserve the sole of the shoe.

Do you do refunds?

Each pair is handcrafted by our skilled artisans. Hence, as a company policy, we do not provide refunds. We only offer exchanges for replacement, a remake, or a credit note. 

Credit notes will be sent to the user’s registered e-mail ID. Store credits will be transferred to the user account on www.wolvenmilano.in. 

How do I return or exchange an item?

We offer a free exchange and return policy. For an easy exchange/return, please follow these steps – 

  • Initiate the process by emailing us at order@wolvenmilano.in
  • Each customer is requested to send us photographs of the problem with the footwear so our team can assist you better. Please note, exchange and return will not be initiated before the photographs are received.
  • Pack the shoes the way you received them with complete packaging.
  • Our team will arrange for a reverse pick-up and share the tracking details with you.

When will my exchange or remake ship?

Your exchange or remake order will be processed once your returned pair is received in our warehouse.

Our team does a thorough quality check and then processes your request. 

Please note that we source our materials in small batches and materials are subject to availability. During the remake process, we will notify you if the same material is unavailable.

FAULTY ITEMS
 

In the event, the shoes delivered to you are damaged or different from the order placed, please inform us within 48 hours via email at order@wolvenmilano.in and we will reply within 24-48 hours except for Saturday and Sunday.

Please share photographs of the damaged or differing product when making a request to repair/replace the Product(s).

We will repair/replace the damaged shoes at no additional cost and shall deliver the same within 20 days of receiving the request for return. 

CANCELLATION
 

If you wish to cancel an order, please note the following processes –

  • Email us at order@wolvenmilano.in within 24(Twenty Four) hrs of placing the order.
  • Please mention your order number in the subject line.
  • Prepaid orders will be fully redunded within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the request for cancellation.
  • For orders cancelled beyond the timelines specified above, the amount will be transferred as a store credit only and will not be eligible for a refund.
